In the weeks leading up to the 2019 Bloomsburg Mini Maker Faire, we will be profiling the Makers that are appearing at the Faire!
The winner of the 2019 Rube Goldberg Challenge will present their contraption at the Faire!
The Rube Goldberg Challenge is produced by the Columbia Montour BSA Council.
Want to enter the challenge, win prizes, and be featured at the Faire? – Design & build a ridiculous, multi-step ‘machine’ to perform one simple task* for judging on April 6, 2019. Register teams by March 15 (grace til March 22). STEAM Challenge teaches hands-on physics of ‘simple machines’ using humor & scientific persistence. Eligible youth grades 1-12. CA$H prizes, Rube Goldberg collector’s patch, free food & winner featured at Children’s Museum Mini Maker Faire.
